We currently have an opening for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join our Service Logistics Business in Brussel. This role will be responsible for helping to identify continuous improvement opportunities, define solutions and get buy in from key stakeholders. This role will also be responsible for Project managing the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, customer CRs and new customer

What are you accountable for achieving as the Continuous Improvement Project Manager (CIC)?

  • Be the single point of contact regarding implementation of and lead of finance project for customer and internal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across the business and external to DHL in order to identify and prioritize issues, define best practice solutions, get buy in and implement.
  • Responsible for maintaining the issue log, grouping, prioritization and assigns issues for resolution.
  • Contribute to analysing the issue log on and an on-going basis in order to help identify and prioritise issues, define improvement initiatives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to obtain buy in for the improvement actions and project manage implementation.

Now, here's what we need from you:                                                                  

  • Billing knowledge: Good working knowledge of end –to–end billing processes.
  • Project Management skills: Prince2 or equivalent qualification or have hands on experience running complex projects in a change resistant environment using a robust project management methodology.
  • IT: Need good working knowledge of Oracle.
  • IT: Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Process improvement skills: Process improvement qualification (eg. Lean certification or equivalent) (desired).
