What are the main tasks and responsibilities?
- Management and governance of the Service Logistics global project portfolio supported through applying project management principles.
- Data assimilation and evaluation of project management key metrics to allow the business to make more data driven decisions.
- Provide leadership and develop a high level of understanding of DHL's Project Management function in the company, encourage and govern the use of the DePICT® Methodology
- Actively support project managers and represent the Project Management Office function.
- Provide reports and analysis to Senior Level Management on the status of projects including clear improvement recommendations of all amber & red issues under their area of responsibility.

- DePICT project management methodology (essential)
- ACT change management methodology (essential)
